    Barton Advice Centre are looking for an administrator to support our organisation and to work alongside our caseworkers. The role will include answering the administration line and transferring calls or taking messages for colleagues, logging incoming post onto our electronic system, assisting with assembling training packs, printing out letter heads, making up paper files and other duties.

    Are you seeking to develop sound administration skills within an office environment? You should have a clear, confident telephone manner and good reading and writing skills. Organisational skills are essential and the ability to work as part of a team.

    No formal qualifications are needed for this position as all training will be provided.


    Caseworker Assistant

    Barton Advice Centre are seeking volunteers to assist clients with completing application forms for benefits, blue badges, charity applications, fuel assistance applications and any other applications that may assist to enhance a client’s life. You will be working alongside and being supported by specialist caseworkers and there may be the opportunity for further training to develop
    your advice skills.

    No formal qualifications are required for these roles as full training will be
    given by our specialist caseworkers.


    Debt Caseworker Assistant

    We are seeking a volunteer interested in assisting clients with debt issues. You will be working alongside our specialist debt caseworker advising on money management, budgeting and completing applications for assistance with debt. No qualifications are required for this role as full training will be provided.
